What to write about
- A chat that doesn't process correctly or won't open
- A language where the metrics come out wrong

What to expect
I answer these myself — there's no team and no ticket system. I usually reply within a few days. If you're reporting a bug, the most useful thing you can send is what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
Check these first
Most questions answer themselves:
The file won't open
Make sure it's the .txt WhatsApp exports, not a .zip. If you exported with media, the file comes compressed and you need to pull the .txt out of it. The export guide covers how to do it right.
Messages are missing, or the dates look wrong
An export only includes what's still on your phone. Deleted messages, and anything lost when switching devices, aren't in the file — so they aren't in the stats either.
The words or laughter look wrong
Content metrics depend on the language of the chat, which is detected automatically. If your conversation mixes languages, or uses one that isn't covered yet, some sections may come out incomplete. Write and tell me which language it is and I'll add it.
I want my data deleted
There's nothing to delete. The file is processed in your browser and never stored on a server — close the tab and it's all gone.
About your data
I can't see your chat or recover it: it never leaves your browser and isn't stored anywhere. If you're writing about a problem with a file, tell me what happened and on what device — don't send me the chat.
